Eco-friendly Raw Material From Plastic Water Bottle

PETG Material

PETG is commonly used in sports bottles for cold water and has a heat distortion temperature of 65-70°C. Due to the extrusion blow molding process, PETG bottles tend to have a thinner wall thickness, around 0.5mm, which is notably thinner than conventional sports bottles (typically 1.2-1.5mm). This makes PETG bottles more vulnerable to impact and less resistant to falls.

AS Material

AS, while budget-friendly, is considered a mid-range material. Excellent light transmittance, blue background, poor impact resistance, easy to scratch. AS can endure temperatures up to 80°C, but it’s not suitable for extremely high-temperature applications. This material is commonly employed in crafting straw cups, coffee cups, cold drink cups, etc.

SK Material

SK is crafted from high-temperature-resistant plastics and boasts relative safety. SK offers a performance level closely aligned with Tritan but at a more budget-friendly price point. It’s commonly found in affordable, temperature-resistant plastic water bottles. Notably, the premium SK can meet FDA and LFGB testing standards, exhibiting a temperature resistance of up to 100°C.

Tritan Material

Tritan is a BPA-free plastic that has passed rigorous testing by the FDA and LFGB, making it an incredibly safe and healthy choice. It is the preferred material for crafting baby bottles in both Europe and the United States due to its exceptional safety credentials. Tritan is the most used material in the BPA-free bottles exported by our company, albeit it comes at a higher cost compared to other plastic materials.
